CVD and Hypertension Workshop – Training is aimed at healthcare professionals that are in contact with patients experiencing or at risk of these conditions. Looking gain or to enhance their existing knowledge and review best practice and current guidelines.
This is a course delivered virtually to delegates who must have access to a working email address and a desktop PC, Pad Device or Smart phone, with audio/microphone capability and ideally (but not essential) video/camera capability.
Information
This Virtual full day blended learning course allows participants to demonstrate theoretical/practical competencies within a virtual classroom environment. This CPD accredited interactive training day will include but not be limited to presentations/mini-lectures, virtual breakout groups and learning from case studies. Attendees will gain seven hours of participatory learning. Delegates will be equipped with an improved understanding of CVD and hypertension risk factors and disease aetiology and practical management. This will include pharmacological/medical therapy and lifestyle modifications. Upon completion, attendees will be provided with competency assessment forms to be utilised within clinical practice
