The New Year is often a time for re-evaluating and thinking about making some important lifestyle changes. If your clients are considering losing weight then One You offer free support to help them on their journey.
We deliver an online programme that provides educational sessions on a weekly basis. We also support anyone that wishes to exercise and some programmes may include exercise sessions within them.
We typically run groups of up to 15 attendees however, we would include more if there is a need. We normally run sessions over a 12 week period, throughout the year.
The sessions last approximately 1 hour to 1.5 hours, depending on interactions and group flow. The groups are friendly and members are helpful and support other attendees.

This programme allows the attendee to make their own choices about the food and drink they consume and we encourage and support individuals to make healthier choices so they can continue for life and not just for the duration of the programme.
