Worried about working in isolation, CPD or the appraisal/ re-validation process?
After a successful first cohort, the First Five sessions are back to help you know more about the world of work once qualified and it is available to new, returning and international GPS!
The landscape of the NHS is changing. Newly qualified GPS are working as sessional doctors, which can be extremely flexible and rewarding, but can lead to isolation and difficulties in preparing for appraisal.
The East Kent Training Hub and the East Kent CCGs are fully funding and supporting a Programme of 7 sessions to help GPs in their early careers.
Participants will benefit from a series of educational sessions aiming to bridge the gap between competency for certificate of completion of training and being confident and fit for purpose in the real-world environment of modern Primary care.
