You are invited to attend an on-line Mindfulness drop-in session this Tuesday evening - 24th March 2020 at 19:00. The session will last for 1 hour.
It is important to come together as a community to connect and learn ways to support ourselves and each other through these uncertain times.
We particularly welcome anyone who hasn’t done a jot of Mindfulness practice since their course finished! This will be a guilt-free session with no comparing of how much practice you have or haven’t been doing. That just isn’t helpful.
